Cecil, you changed our life the day we introduced you to Cynthia. We gained a brother and Cynthia gained a loving husband for 32 years. Mandy gained a father and your Grandchildren a loving PaPa.
We will miss our shopping adventures and going out to have dinner with you both. I know we’ll see you in heaven.
Cecil and Cynthia were inseparable on earth and now both together in the hands of Jesus. We all love you both so much and always will.
