Cecil Harvey Millard II passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, at the age of 60. Cecil was born in Torrance, California on November 21, 1961 to the late Cecil Harvey and Martha Marie Millard.
He was an avid sports fan, loving the Kansas City Chiefs and KC Royals. Cecil loved watching the games every Sunday with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed reading his Bible, studying the Bible, and practicing the Bible. Cecil also loved his cat, Violet.
Cecil was preceded in death by his wife Cynthia Millard; parents Cecil Harvey and Martha Marie Millard; and sister Roberta Millard.
He is survived by his daughter Amanda King; grandchildren Ethan Davidson (Megen), Noah Davidson (Adreanna), and Hannah Davidson; siblings Kurt Millard (Chandra), and Rose Millard; nieces and nephews Christina Millard, Kurt Millard II, Shealyn Shumaker, Ginger Shumaker, Elizabeth Shumaker, Brianna Shumaker, Jason Gottsponer, Jodi Bates, Jamie King, and Jordane King.
Arrangements are entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service. 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076.

Im going to miss you so much old man, Ive lost both of you guys and ill never get over it. Im happy your not hurting anymore and your with mamaw millard. Thank you for always being there for me papa, you and mamaw both. We will reunite again.

Cecil and Cindy you both are truly missed . I still can not believe you both are gone. I still fell I can pick my phone up and call Cindy she answer her phone we just talking and laughing . We talk hours and then Cecil she say Cecil calling so call me back. Oh how I miss that. God had plan for two cause he knew one could live without each other. Love you both so miss you guys lot you both were wonderful people and true friends.
Cecil, you changed our life the day we introduced you to Cynthia. We gained a brother and Cynthia gained a loving husband for 32 years. Mandy gained a father and your Grandchildren a loving PaPa.
We will miss our shopping adventures and going out to have dinner with you both. I know we’ll see you in heaven.
Cecil and Cynthia were inseparable on earth and now both together in the hands of Jesus. We all love you both so much and always will.
