I love you dad
Joe and I will miss you JD we enjoyed our time when we came to Rick and Angie. You were always so sweet and you and Joe would have a good conversation when we were there.
Dad,
I am grateful you chose to be my Dad and never let me forget I was your daughter too. My favorite memory is the day I got my first car and spent that whole Saturday in the shop with you learning to change my own oil, tires, points and plugs, filters and fluids. You didn’t want me to depend on anyone, be stuck on the side of the road or wake you up in the middle of the night. Lol. I love you and I hope you have peace.
Your “Baby Doll”
I met J.D. just before he went to Vietnam. He was much older than me and looked over me as a big brother. I can remember he gave me a beaded chain with a nickel on it and said that meant he was there for me if I needed help.
I will always remember his laughter. He could make others smile when he laughed. He was a happy guy until he came back from Vietnam. That changed him and I can only imagine the darkness he was in and can’t imagine the horrible experiences he had. I prayed he would be back like his old self but how could he.
He is with God now.
He is at peace.
No more pain.
No more bad memories.
No more torment.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
No one knows the path each one of us walks, highs and lows, now its time to Rest. REST in PEACE.
Just I’m going to miss you and I hope you know that I truly did love you you were the greatest. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you and hear you call me your little head friend . I love you and prayers for the family I’m so sorry.
