Jonette “Jodie” Denise Sutherlin, age 59, of El Dorado, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born October 19, 1962.
Jodie was preceded in death by, two sisters, K.K. Young, Charlla Burrow, her maternal grandparents Evelyn and L.E. Burge, her paternal grandfather Ervin Young, Aunt and Uncle Jerrylee and Monnie Young and Cousins, Suzanne, and Jamie
Jodie is survived by her husband John David Britt El Dorado, her parents Brenda and Charles Young El Dorado, a son Joshua Sutherlin, El Dorado, a granddaughter, Opal Sutherlin, Strong , AR, a Sister Nedra Nesbit, El Dorado, a Brother Chuck Young (Devin) Eldorado, AR, a very special Nephew Ryan Young,(Boogie) Dylan Advant, Tanner Burrow, and Niece Makenzi Burrow, Parental grandmother, Virginia Young, El Dorado, AR, a Special Aunt and Uncle, Johnny and Beverly Oliver and sister cousin like Kim Nesbit, as well as Many Aunts and Uncles she loved very much and her best Friend Jerrie Carp.
Jodie was a very loving person. She helped anyone and everyone that needed help in any way. She loved being outdoors, she enjoyed gardening, hunting, and fishing. She also loved going camping with David and canoeing and spending time outside with her best friend Jerrie Carp. She adored her nephew Ryan(Boogie) and left a message for him… Look up JoJo is watching over you. She loved her pets. Jodie will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She was one in a million. We will always love you, Jodie.

Jodie. I’m so sad. I missed you already but I’m really gonna miss you now. You were always there when I needed you. I wish I could have been for you. I can see your face with that….. When I think of Jodi I remember a rosie cheeked, flaxen haired little cherub with a big spaghetti stained smile.. and most of the time that smile was there for everybody. Jodi always seemed to be a loving person with an open heart.. Jodi, may the Love and Joy of our Lord Jesus fill you with happiness…and its eternal, sweetheart. God bless your family.
