We love you Grandma Elsie. We will miss your beautiful smile that lit up the room, kind heart, good food, and these are just to name a few. We thank our Lord for time spent with you. You made this world a better place with the kindness you showed everyone. Even on the day you left us the heavens wept.

Mom, I couldn’t ask for a better mother. My mom was so special. If you didn’t know her then you have really missed out. She was a loving, caring, giving, extraordinary, understanding, non judgemental, compassionate great person. I wish I could be half as good as she was. My mom was my very best friend. I talked to her every night just before going to sleep & every morning when we woke up. We would do everything almost everyday with each other. Im not sure why the Lord took you from us but i know you are in such a better place waiting on us. I will miss you so much mom. I love you so much!

    Grandma,
You were the most selfless & loving person I’ve ever known. You were the glue that held our family together & the person that everyone looked to for guidance. I had the privilege of living with you & Grandpa over the years & I will cherish all of our memories forever. When I moved out, you always made sure I had a bag of food & snacks to take back home with me. You always wanted to give & help in any possible way. There will always be a void in my heart but I know you will continue to watch over us. I will never know why your time came so soon, but it gives me comfort knowing you’re at peace now. I love you so much ❤️

    Grandma,
I dont have a lot of words to say right now other then I’m sorry we hadn’t seen one another in way too many years – but with that said I will hold onto all the memories. I will continue to make sure when my loved ones leave my home they leave with what I call a grandma bag – filled with whatever goodies I have just like you always have done for all us! I’m thankful you’re no longer in pain but can’t wait til we meet again or you come and visit me in my dreams or a beautiful hummingbird flies by and reminds me of you. I love you always.

Elsie was the most precious, loving friend & I will miss her terribly. Our sharing together of quilting & genealogy was our delight together. We all will miss this wonderful woman in days to come. I am praying for her husband & family at this time of great loss. Her memories will live on in our hearts.

This is for you, grandma. I will always love you, the best grandma I will ever have. I am so happy I was able to live with you for two years, how open you are to your entire family will always amaze me. I spent so much time learning from you. I miss watching survivor and wheel of fortune with you, learning how to cook the food you love, listening to your stories, dancing like no one is watching, and watching you sew in your safe space just to name a few. So much laughter together. Even though it hurts you’re gone, you left us with a great legacy that I will try my best to carry my future family and teach others all the good you’ve taught me. I feel at peace though because I know you’re safe and with God now, and we will see you again. No more pain, just love.
