Michael “Mickey” Wayne Smith, age 64

Michael “Mickey” Wayne Smith, 64, of North Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2022. He was born in London, England on August 26, 1957 to Bessie Lucille Nickens-Smith and the late John W. Smith.

Mickey is preceded in death by his father, John W. Smith.

Mickey loved the Lord and was a member of the Living Hope Baptist Church in North Little Rock. He enjoyed geocaching, photography, and knitting. Mickey was also known to enjoy hunting and playing his guitar. He had a love for computers and graduated with an Associate’s Degree pursuing that passion.

Mickey leaves behind his mother Bessie Smith of North Little Rock; brothers Timothy Smith and wife Vicki of Alexander, Joey Smith and wife Traci of Lonoke, Dennis Smith and wife Diane of Greenwood, Indiana, Calvin Smith and wife Cheryl of Bryant, and Alan Smith and wife Susan of North Little Rock; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 9:00am with Funeral Service to follow at 10:00am at Living Hope Baptist Church; 2105 Eanes Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72117. Burial to follow at Butlerville Cemetery on Highway 38 in Butlerville, Arkansas.
