Sheryl “Sue” Minnick, age 64

Sheryl “Sue” Minnick, age 64, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away May 30, 2022. She was born in June 27, 1957 in Denver, Colorado to Clifford Lee Hastings, Jr and Sharon Marlene Hastings.

Sue had an unconditional love for everyone. She loved God and she had very strong faith. Sue had an infectious smile and laugh. She enjoyed spending her time boating at the lake, making anything out of nothing, crafting, and she was a talented seamstress. Sue was an amazing event planner, and she knew how to throw a great party. She was definitely a people person who loved everyone and all animals. Friends and family were everything to her, and she was a loving and devoted wife.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents Clifford Lee Hastings, Jr and Sharon Marlene Hastings and her husbands father Lyle Minnick.

Sue leaves behind her husband Steve of 27 years; Parents-in-law Roma and Phil Venable and Carolyn Minnick; Children Sahsha Graves (Phil Passmore), Shanna Powell (Dylan Patterson), Kristie Minnick (Matt Clement), and Kurtis Minnick; Grandchildren Joe, Valerie, Lucas, Jamie, Savanna, Olivia, Isla, Kyleigh, Taylor, Tylee, Hayden, and Sadie; Great grandchildren Grayson and Elijah; Siblings Randy Hastings (Theresa), Rick Hastings, and Carol Papen (John)

    My Momma Sue. What an amazing woman and mom to her daughters and all their friends.
    So grateful for the memories, love she shared and knowing she is in Heaven having a blast and making everyone there smile

    I will always remember Sue for the happy and wonderful person she was. Sue welcomed me with open arms to her family many years ago. I will cherish all the memories I have of Sue. Sue was always ready for fun. Sue loved her family with a passion. Sue you are loved and will be missed so much. ❤️

    Sue was a bright light in our lives. An awesome friend and confidant. I will miss her beautiful smile and will cherish all the memories and times we spent together

    Sue was our neighbor and her daughter and my daughter were best friends. Sue was a beautiful soul, filled with the love of God. You could see her love in her eyes and smile. Her family is her biggest joy… love to the family
