Betty Hardy, 83, of Mayflower, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2022. She was born in Chicota, Texas on July 10, 1938 to the late J.R. Kelley and Nellie Rector-Kelley.
Betty is survived by granddaughter Tosha Mitchell.
