I never had the pleasure of meeting Rick, but I know that I would have loved him, because of how much he loved his family. I’ve been loving the stories Allison tells us about her amazing parents since 2015, and I know he leaves behind an amazing legacy of love. Sending my love and condolences to Allison, Jaxon, and Mrs. Pat.
Pat I’m so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers.
I only ever met Rick Pruitt a handful of times, but each time it felt like we had known each other for years. He had an uncanny knack for making people feel like they mattered. He certainly instilled that in he daughter as well. I believe he touched many, many lives, because I could feel and see the love he had for his family and friends.
Pat (Momma P), Allison (BFF), and Jaxon (Big J), my thoughts and love are most certainly with you

We met Rick through our nephew John Crites. He was such a character we enjoyed the time spent with him! He even gifted me his red razorback hat! Thank you Rick for being in our lives. May God bless you during this most difficult time.
Farewell Mobster, you will be missed.
I did not know Rick very well, but everything I’ve ever heard about him, and all the posts I’ve read about him, I know he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Pat Allison and Jaxon, I am so sorry you have lost him.
I worked with Rick from 1996 to 2020. He was a mentor and friend. He is gone from this world.but he will never be forgotten.
Years ago at a Gymnastics Competition where our young daughters were on the same team, Rick came up and introduced himself. We started hanging out together and traveled several states where our daughters on the same Competition Cheerleading Team. Our families became very close and we were always part of his family. He became a great friend to me. Unfortunately time, work and distance prevented our getting together as much as we used to. But when we did, it was like we had seen each other the day before. I will miss his friendship, sense of humor and his smile. There will always be a deep void in my life now until it’s my time to go.
