Billy Ray Gibson, age 74

Billy Ray Gibson, age 74, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 11, 2022. He was born in Osceola, Arkansas on August 16, 1947 to the late John Wesley Gibson and Myrtle Lorine Davis Gibson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents John and Lorine Gibson and his siblings Joyce Brixey, Judy Sims, Shirley Kelly, and Johnny Gibson all of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Billy loved spending time with his family and especially his grandbabies. He enjoyed fishing and dancing.

Billy leaves behind his children James (Ellie) Gibson of Ward, Arkansas, Diana Gibson, Stephen (America) Gibson of Beebe, Arkansas, and Donnie Gibson of Cabot, Arkansas; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings Barbara Kidd, Mary Turner, Betty Lunsford, and Jimmy Gibson all of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; significant other Linda Dillard of Cabot, Arkansas; and many more friends and extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service with interment immediately following at Beebe Cemetery, 401 California Street, Beebe Arkansas 72012.

Billy’s family would appreciate donations in his honor being made directly to the funeral home to assist with his services.
