David DeWayne Clifton, 44, of North Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2022. He was born on December 8, 1977 to Geneva Joyce Clifton Zimmerman.
David is preceded in death by his grandfather Doyle Chism Clifton; grandmother Rose Mary Clifton; and cousin David Price.
David enjoyed fishing and especially dirt track racing. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family.
David leaves behind his mother Geneva Joyce Zimmerman; brothers Victor E. Zimmerman and Jonathan C. Zimmerman; uncle Darrell Wayne Clifton; uncle Doyle Charles Clifton; uncle Daniel Clifton; close friends Sonny Fulmer and Albert “Eckie” Harrison II; and many more friends and extended family members.
A family-hosted Memorial Service will be held on August 27, 2022 at 12:00pm at Morgan Full Gospel Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in loving memory of David DeWayne Clifton to Morgan Full Gospel Church; 14806 Marche Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

David, you will be missed dearly. You didn’t just call our dad “Dad”, you considered him your dad and us your bonus siblings and just know you will forever be a part of our family. I hope you knew how much we appreciated you for always being there for us and most importantly always being there for dad day or night. Love and miss you brother. Enjoy the race cars in the sky and try not to aggravate mom too much before we come join y’all in heaven!!
