Jessica Michelle Neely, age 34, of Jacksonville, Arkansas went to be with our Lord and Savior on October 17, 2022. She was born on January 6, 1988 to Gary Wilbanks and Sheila Thomason.
Jessica is survived by her husband Dontrelle Neely; her daughter Patience; mother Sheila Thomason; father Gary Wilbanks; brother Gary Wilbanks II; sister Misti Polley (Tim); niece Trinity Dickerson; niece Riley Garner; mother-in-law Audrey Neely; father-in-law Clarence Pouncy; and step-father Freddy Thomason.
A family-hosted Celebration of Life will be held at Wattensaw Baptist Church in Lonoke on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 10:00am. Everyone is welcome. Food after service.

I will always remember Jessica for her big smile and her eyes that smiled just a big. Since she was just a kid I never seen her without that smile.I know she was a blessing to anyone who got to know her and she will be greatly missed by many.
