Opal Huff Montgomery, 94, of Searcy, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2022. She was born December 7, 1927 to Virgil and Corrine Huff in Lonedell, Missouri. She was a retired Factory Worder in St. Clair and Washington, Missouri.
Opal was preceded in death by her husband Carl Montgomery; daughter Debby Kroeck; and siblings John Huff and Pat Pennock.
Opal leaves behind her brother Kenny Huff; daughter Donna Jean Cook; grandchildren Cheryl Reed Stricharchuk and Travis Reed; great-grandchildren Trevor and Jonathon Reed, Analee Rendon, Rebecca White, Alicia Stricharchuk and Nicholas Stricharchuk; niece Tammy Huff; and nephews Tommy, Randy, and Robby Huff.
Opal’s desire for her final resting place to be with her husband, Carl Montgomery, at Virginia Mines Church Cemetery located next to their home will be honored.
