Ernest Blake Sheffield, age 83, of Roland, Arkansas went to be with the lord on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. He was born in Mount Ida, Arkansas on April 12, 1939 to the late Ross Sheffield and Carrie Gossett Sheffield.
Ernest is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Darrell, Darron, Chester, Jimmy SR, and Curtis.
Ernest leaves behind his loving wife Mary Nell Priddy Sheffield; children Lindsey Beck (Jonathan) and Jimmy Sheffield; grandchildren Aimsley Boutot, Landen Cavanaugh, Jonathan Beck JR, and Micaah Beck; sisters Audean Volkert and Thelma White; and many more friends and extended family members.
Ernest was an avid deer hunter and outdoorsman. He loved the Lord and was a member of the Fellowship Tabernacle Church for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 1:00pm with Funeral Service starting at 2:00pm at the Fellowship Tabernacle Church; 23323 AR-300, Roland, AR 72135. Interment to follow at Rainey Cemetery in Roland, Arkansas
