Helen Aline Ketring, age 72, of Carlisle, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2022. She was born in Laurel, Mississippi on January 12, 1950 to James Howard Renfroe and Edith Aline Dasher Renfroe.
Helen was a Cruise Director for the Arkansas Queen Riverboat for many years. She was a very hard worker. She had a straightforward personality, and you always knew where you stood with her. Helen enjoyed sewing and making things and playing slots on the computer. She loved cooking and was a great cook. Helen was an excellent friend to so many and will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents James and Edith Renfroe.
She leaves behind her husband Basil Jennings Jr; children Jeri Sue (Dean) Arterburn, Bryan Jennings, and Shawna Jennings; grandchildren Kati, Dalton, Mattie, Mason, Audri, and Nathan; great-grandson Bennett Cody; best friend of many years Denise Walker; and many more friends and extended family members.

Helen, we had so many laughs while creating our cookbook. I remember all the times we laughed until our stomachs hurt, tears running down our face. Those were such good times. Until we meet again…Love, Susie
