Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Jimmy Lopez, age 36

Jimmy Lopez, age 36 of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on November 18, 2022. He was born on May 7, 1986 in Colon, La Libertad, El Salvador. Jimmy leaves behind his wife, Cinthya Jasso; children Giselle and Aaliyah Lopez; parents Paula Garcia and Marcos Quijano; siblings Rudy Lopez, Jorge Garcia and Franklin Garcia; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Jimmy was a loving father and husband, his children were the light of his life. They will miss their daddy-daughter dates and early Saturday morning trips to Beebe for their favorite quesadillas; a tradition his girls will continue in his memory.

A practical joker, Jimmy spent his life making others laugh, he seemed to have a joke for every circumstance, hoping to make any situation, a happier one. He was as compassionate as he was funny.  Everyone who knew him, knew his big heart and giving nature. He authentically and whole-heartedly was there for those in his life. A stranger to no one, he had a special ability at making friends anywhere he went, with people from all walks of life.

Because he was a big kid at heart, his nieces, nephews and neighborhood kids adored him. His kind, helping nature was known around his neighborhood. Jimmy worked well with his hands and often one could find him building his next project. Some of his favorite pastimes were playing cards, soccer, fishing, cooking and especially eating.

We want you all to remember Jimmy as he was. Hard working, light-hearted, loving and full of jokes.

He was loved by so many and will be truly missed. We will find him in everything beautiful.

Cuatro abrazos y un café

Apenas me desperté

Y al mirarte recordé

Que ya todo lo encontré”

There will be a private service held at a later date.
