Virginia, as adults we lived so far apart and I didn’t get to see you very often, but you were always in my heart. You had a hard life and your hands full, but you never complained. You had such a huge impact on my son, Sean. He loved you so much. May your precious Albert, our Mom and Dad, and also John and Mary, greet you and may the good Lord open his arms and embrace all of you … together again, for eternity this time. I love you and miss you so much. I hope you are reaping all the rewards that you have earned by being so true to your faith in God. Please save a place for me.

My sweet Virginia … one of the sweetest, kindest, and most honest people I have ever known. You were always so busy, raising your children, looking after my son a lot of the time, and just being a good mother and wife. You deserved so much, but I am sure your reward awaited you in heaven. Your precious Albert, our Mom, Dad, John, Mary, and Matthew are there to greet you with their arms open wide. And the family circle is being formed. Please save a place for me. You are sorely missed here on earth, but your suffering is over, and you are standing in the light of God, for all eternity.

To the sweetest, most loving, hardest working woman I have ever known, you are the true definition of Godly, unconditional love. I am grateful that God chose you to be my granny. I will miss those gentle pats. And the gleam in your eye when you talk about or see one of your babies. You held my childhood in the safety of your yard…climbing those trees, running freely in the field, catching crawdads, playing in the muddy puddles, and running in and out slamming the screen doors. I’m sure your walls are still elegantly decorated with scribbles from my tiny hands, even if king painted over. I deeply regret never being able to make biscuits with you as an adult or getting your canning secrets. Yea I will cherish every single sweet precious memory. What a proud and incredibly strong legacy you have left here. You have earned your rest 🫶🏻 Well done Gods good and faithful servant. Kiss my sweet Matthew and give Papaw big hugs.
