Billie Caroll Barnard, age 39

Billie Caroll Barnard, age 39, of Cabot, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022.  He was born on November 8, 1983 in London, England to Fred Albert Barnard Jr. and Janell Ann Scering Barnard.

He is preceded in death by his Father Fred Albert Barnard Jr., Grandmother Edna Marie Scering, and an Uncle Martin Alvin Scering.

Billie is survived by his wife Rosalind “Lindy” Jean-Marie Jackson Barnard, three children; Noah Barnard, Akayla Barnard and Kendra Snyder, his three bonus children; Karson, Krestlynn and Kyleigh, one grandchild Phoenix Snyder, his mother Janell Ann Scering Barnard, a sister Tiffany Barnard, three nieces; Kasey, Ashlyn, Myca and his dog also known as his fur son Vinny as well as many brothers from the Boozefighters Motor Cycle Club and extended friends and family from all over.

Billie was a hands on guy that loved his family and friends deeply.  He loved mechanical work, wood working, riding motorcycles, cold Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, hanging out with his club, playing pranks on others, playing video games with Noah, and watching Akayla play Softball.  He also enjoyed fishing and being outside.

A Celebration on life service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 2pm in the Chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service located at 2620 West Main Street, in Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. After the service there will also be a benefit held at Hardrider Bar and Grill in Cabot.

    I knew Billie when he was younger. He loved to go fishing with His Dad on Crooked Creek. Billie had a big impact on my oldest son. He will be missed. Billie in my eyes was Living The Dream…..
