Cecil Wayne Collins, 62, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, born to Dorothy and Cecil, has gained his wings on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Wayne loved to hunt, fish and play pool. He was good at anything he put his mind to. If you knew Wayne, he was all about giving tough love. He will be missed dearly.
He is survived by his son, Travis (Stephanie); his sister, Joy; his brother, Brian (Wanda); his granddaughter, Abigail; niece, Megan; nephews, Jimmie (Ashley), Austin, Zackary, Johnathan, William, Cayson and Kyson; cousin, Phyllis and family; longtime friends, Bernie and Tracy.
His requests were cremation and no memorial services to be held.

I will always remember you uncle Wayne. You are fixing to be so proud of me. I’m gonna try to do right and get the way u always wanted me to be. I love you man. When I got the call you were gone I lost it. I mean you woulda been mad at me for the way I was. I love you forever.
You always did live life on your own terms but when it came to Abigail you were like jello. I know you will watch over her and keep her safe. Tell Daniel I love him. And I love you too.
