Mark Adam Westhoff passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 66. Mark was born on October 7, 1956, in Columbus, OH to Joel Robert & Marilyn L. Westhoff (Keplar).
Mark liked to look serious but he was just a big ol’ teddy bear. He loved to make people laugh with his corny jokes and especially make the young one’s smile. He had a love of aviation, trains, racing, traveling to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Mark and Sharon (Fitzgerald) Westhoff, married on July 18,1990, celebrated 32 years together. He is survived by her, his 3 children Megan (Paul)Glover, Joel Westhoff and Tyler (Emma) Westhoff, 2 grandchildren, Daxton & Lynnette, 3 brothers Mike (Chris) Westhoff, David Westhoff, and Andy (MaryBeth) Westhoff as well as a whole host of friends who loved Mark dearly.
Mark is preceded in death by both his father, Joel Westhoff, and mother, Marilyn Westhoff.
Mark dedicated his life to serving our heavenly Father and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on July 11, 1970.
He had a firm belief in God’s promises found in Isaiah 25:8 – “He will swallow up death forever…Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 3:00pm at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses; 908 Hwy 367 N, Judsonia, Arkansas 72081. Friends and family are welcome to associate at a potluck gathering after the service. Venue to be announced.

I’ll always remember Mark with a smile on his face, ready with a goofy joke. His absence will be felt. Can’t wait to see him again, young and pain-free.
Mark was a fun loving person.
Mark was so funny and kind. He will be missed
Mark will be greatly missed by lots of dear loving Family and friends. Such a big hearted man. He was so hospitable. He always wanted to make you feel welcome. We pray that his family will be comforted by many great memories.
I can’t stop thinking of you guys and what all you must be feeling. Psalm 34:18 comes to mind that says: Jehovah is close to the broken-hearted….
I know He is close with you now during this difficult time. Mark will be sorely missed by us and all the congregation that love you all dearly. Please reach out when your ready, we’re here for you.

Loved this man! Always gave me great advice and he was literally the ONLY ONE who genuinely welcomed me and my boys when we moved back to Searcy. He will be greatly missed but seen again very soon!
We miss Mark so much! Sharon, Megan and the boys are our family as was Mark. I’ll miss his hugs, teases and jokes. Glad we got to spend time together recently. Can’t wait to see him soon with the sweet family in a much better world!
So sorry to hear of Mark’s passing. I hadn’t seen him in years but have fond memories of when we were late teens and early 20’s having fun in Columbus. I’m glad he was able to make his stand in the truth and I look forward to seeing him soon in the resurrection.
Was a good friend in mid-70’s. He was almost as crazy as I was back then. Will see him again someday.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Always smiling. Nice man! Will be praying for you all.
