Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Susan Reid Wilkinson, age 60

Susan Reid Wilkinson passed away on Wednesday December 21, 2022 in Dumas, Arkansas.

Susan was born in Little Rock Arkansas to Guy and Sylvia Reid on July 2, 1962.

Susan was 60 years old when her journey here on earth ended.  Susan has three daughters; Sarah Reid of McGehee, Arkansas. Mikalai Wilkinson of Garland, Texas, and Megan Preslar from Conroe, Texas. Susan also had seven grandchildren; Leah Keen, Peyton Keen, Avery Wilkinson, Damian Amaya, Angel Preslar, Jameson Preslar, and Ava Preslar who reside in Texas.

Susan was a strong willed individual who was not afraid to speak her mind.  She loved to travel, and have adventures.  She loved her music loud, and her beer cold. She loved to dress up and go out for a night on the town.  She was witty, poetic, loved a good time, and many laughs!  With that being said, it should come to no surprise that she often thought about when her time on this earth would come to an end and the words that she wanted to leave with the world.

“Family and Friends, do not be saddened when my time comes to an end. Be happy… I finally got that smoking hot bod I’ve always wanted having been cremated.”

Susan will be reunited with many people in her afterlife journey. Her Father, Guy William Reid. Her mother, Sylvia Savannah Reid. Her Brother, Guy “Butch” Reid. Her sister, Carma Sloan. Her best friend, Carol Ann Russell. And several dogs.  All of whom she missed dearly.  Maybe the dogs most.

Always remember, this isn’t goodbye… This is “I will see you later!”.  We love you and miss you so much.

Cremation arrangements are under the trusted direction of A Natural State Funeral Service & Crematory, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. 501-982-3400. Susan’s online guestbook is available at www.anaturalstatefuneralservice.com

Sad to see you go, Screws! Give the folks a hug and ‘Hello’ from me. What fun we had. What fights we had. What lessons learned. Just really hard for me to believe. Until we meet again…
