Roy Oliver West, age 71, of Saint Joe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2022. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 16, 1951 to Birt West and Dorothy Davis.
Roy was a wheeler and dealer and could deal with the best. He was a Marine Veteran and served in the Vietnam War.
Roy is preceded in death by his parents; a brother Birt Dewayne West; and a sister Doris Jean Guest.
He leaves behind his sister Penny Green; nieces and nephews Bobby Kirk, Timothy Harvey, Tiffany Head, Nicholas Head, Christin Green, and Alison Green; best friend David; and many more great-nieces and great-nephews and extended family members.
