On February 14, 2023, Barbara Sue “Sally Sue” Roth Craig, 75, of Judsonia, Arkansas passed on to Heaven in her sleep around 1:30am. Born in Searcy, Arkansas on December 3, 1947. Barbara was the daughter of Thelma Irene Hendrix and Paul Stevens Roth. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, oldest son James Timothy Brown, oldest two sisters Gloria Miller and Betty Dunaway, and oldest brother Jerry Dale Roth.
Barbara is survived by her first former husband Donnie Brown, and their son Johnny Kevin Brown (Kelly) and two grandchildren, and second former husband Gary Craig, and their daughter Jennifer Craig Parks (James) and six grandchildren Dustin Owens, Corrinng Owens (and only great-grandchild Ethan Owens), Jenaveve Patterson, Faith Irene Craig, River Love, and Dawson Webb. She is also survived by three sisters Jo Hobbs, Peggy Pollard, and Shirley Sullivan, one brother Alvin “Junior” Sliter, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Barbara was a hardworking, strong, devoted mother who was independent but not too proud to ask for help. She was loving, nurturing, and kind to everyone. She always put others needs before her own. Her faith and relationship with God were strong. She was at peace when she went to her heavenly home. She is greatly missed and forever loved until we all meet again.
