James Douglass Carr, age 71, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on February 13, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 8, 1951.
He is preceded in death by his father James O. Carr and his mother Irene Carr McCollum.
He is survived by his sons Shaun Carr, Ronnie Carr, Matthew Carr, and Jimmy Carr; his grandchildren Riley Carr and Abigail Carr; his sister Rebecca Hardwick (John) of Jacksonville; as well as many extended family and many friends.
A family hosted graveside service will be held at a later date.
