Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Numerous nieces, nephews, and host of extended family and friends.

Raymond dedicated his life in service to Jehovah God February 23, 1963, and fully enjoyed teaching others about the promises of God’s Kingdom. One of the greatest joys of his life was taking tour groups by bus to tour Bethel facilities both in New York, USA and in Canada, making 21 such trips resulting in lifelong friendships over the years. Ones who had the opportunity to take those trips with the Browning’s would always make it a point to speak to Raymond at assemblies and conventions to tell him how much those trips had meant to them, this always brought joy to his heart, even though he might not remember their name at the time. He knew they appreciated the effort he put forth to aid ones to get to go visit Bethel, never missing a meeting while on the trip as he had arranged for all meetings to be held on the bus, even a public talk and watchtower study each week. This also served as a great witness to the drivers of the busses.

Sincere condolences to your family. I am so very sorry for your loss. May God provide the necessary peace and comfort to your family and friends during this difficult time. Please remember these words of encouragement from the Bible: “ Jesus plainly told her: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” —John 11:20-25.

I didn’t know of Raymond’s passing until today (the 25th) late and I’m sad that I won’t get the chance to say it’s been a pleasure knowing him and working with him in the field and at the Kingdom Hall over the years. No doubt that Raymond was a dedicated man to Jehovah and his work here on the earth and I’m sure that Raymond will be among those in the resurrection to come. May Jehovah comfort and be with the Browning family/relatives/friends this day and always.
