Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

David W. Nabors, age 49

David W. Nabors, age 49, of Cabot, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 22, 1973 to James Nabors Sr and Diane K. Cash Harvey.

David was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and the co-owner of A&A Fire and Safety Company. He was the VP of Sprinkler Operations and had a NICET Level IV certification. He was passionate about fire safety and was a member of the Arkansas Fire Sprinkler Contractors.

David was a devoted family man who found the greatest pleasure in watching his family grow. He beamed with pride watching his oldest son Cody become a dedicated fireman following his dad’s dedication to fire safety, his heart filled with joy as he watched his middle son Justin coach football with the same passion he had for the game, and his youngest Brett filled his heart with such happiness as he became the skilled outdoorsman his father was.  David was a Godly man teaching his children to love God, life, and each other through example. He was always eager to share God’s greatness and goodness.

David was married to his high school sweet heart, Stephanie. They shared twenty-nine beautiful years.  David loved giving her a hard time about her growing little farm. He was always by her side grinning with fondness while teasing her with his deep voice and humble laugh. His love for her was always evident. He found immense joy and pleasure in being her husband.

David is preceded in death by his father and many other family members, colleagues, and friends whom he loved dearly. He leaves behind his wife of twenty-nine years Stephanie Nabors; sons Cody Nabors, Justin Nabors, and Brett Nabors; mother Diane Harvey; step father Gary Harvey; brother James Nabors Jr (Faith); sister Nickie Harvey; nieces Savannah and Abigail; and many more friends and extended family.

A celebration of life will be held in David’s honor on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 10:00am at First Baptist Church in Cabot, Arkansas.
