Dawn Elaine Chynoweth, age 88, of Midway, Arkansas in Baxter County went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2023. She was born in Oak Park Illinois, on March 15, 1935 to the late Gordon Oliver Delaney and Ruth Ann Hale-Delaney.
Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband Stanley Arthur Chynoweth.
Dawn is survived by her two sons; Joseph Stanley Chynoweth of Monument, Colorado, Evan Arthur Chynoweth (Shelly) of Cabot, Arkansas, grandchildren; Dakota Keith Jackson (Haley) and Abigail Chynoweth, a sister Judy Erma Nesvimal and a brother Gordon John Delaney as well as a host of friends and extended family members.
Dawn was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend. She was a secretary for many years and loved her family dearly.
Services will be private and she will be laid to rest in Jolliet, Illinois per her request.
The family appreciates all the love and care shown to her and them during this difficult time.

I am saddened to hear of Dawn’s passing and my sincere sympathy and caring go out to Dawn’s family from me and her other classmates at Downers Grove High School Class of 1953. I enjoyed my talks with her on the phone and she was a delightful person to know.
