Marilyn Sue Morrow Baber, age 79

On April 23, 2023, Marilyn Sue Morrow Baber, 79, of Judsonia, Arkansas, passed on to heaven in her sleep around 4:00 a.m.  She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on September 29, 1943.  Marilyn was the daughter of Ira Edison Morrow and Lula Mae Eades.  She was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister (Reba Gene Morrow), oldest brother (Billy Earl Morrow), and former husband (Robert Larry Baber).

Marilyn is survived by two children: Robert Alan Baber and Barbara Ann Sherman; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Ava Lynn Rogers (Adrian and daughters Brooklyn Skye Mason, Lilly Joy Mason, Selah Claire Rogers), Ryan Alan Baber, Marcus Wayne Sherman (Megan and sons Trenton James Sherman, Trace John Sherman).  She is also survived by one brother, Dwight Morrow, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Marilyn was a humble, generous, and devoted mother, who was persevering and full of grace.  She was loving, nurturing, and incredibly kind to everyone.  She always put others’ needs before her own.  Her faith and relationship with God was strong and she was at peace when she went to her heavenly home.  She will be greatly missed and forever loved until we all meet again.

A memorial service will be held in Marilyn’s honor on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00am at The River Searcy; 420 Cw Road, Judsonia, Arkansas 72081.
