Rachel Anne Garner, age 26, of Sherwood, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 3, 2023. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on February 14, 1997 to Andy Albert Garner and Tamela Michelle Osborne.
Rachel graduated from Cabot High School in 2015. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She loved everyone she met and got to know. Rachel never met a stranger. She was kind and caring and was always happy. She truly enjoyed and loved life.
Rachel is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Goldia Garner and Raymond Garner; maternal grandmother Faye Barry; and uncle Foster Eugene Garner.
She leaves behind her mother Tamela Michelle Farley and husband Steven Robert Farley; father Andy Albert Garner; fiancé Michael Anthony Martinez; son Kaison Anthony Martinez; brothers Ryan Andrew Garner and Brandon Wayne Moody; and many more friends and extended family too numerous to name.
A visitation will be held in Rachel’s honor on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:00am with a funeral service starting at 11:00am in the Chapel of A Natural State Funeral Service; 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
Memorials in Rachel’s honor can be made to the recovery center of your choice. The family requests artificial flower arrangements that may be used at her burial site at a later date.

Rachel has been in my heart since she was a young girl coming to Victory Baptist in Cabot. I loved her from the day I met her. She loved Jesus and she wanted all her friends to know him and love him too. Gone way too soon! Thank you Lord we will see her again one day
My prayers for her sweet mother whom she loved dearly, her precious son who was her while life, her fiance Michael, her brother and family and her dad. She was a family girl. And also to all her friends that she loved and considered family. Rest well sweet baby girl.
She was a beautiful person who just wanted to loved those she was around. Her son was her pride n joy. She will be missed by many who knew her well. RIP Rachel!!!! Your wings are waiting.

Oh how my heart is breaking for you. Some things on this side do not make sense but I’m so grateful that because of what this last weekend represented (Jesus’ death and resurrection), we are a people of HOPE in the middle of hard.
