Joseph Steven Montgomery, age 38

Joseph Steven Montgomery, age 38, entered his final resting place on May 21, 2023. He was born on December 31, 1984 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Linda Baker.

Joseph was a mechanic at heart. He would take things apart and put them back together just to see how they worked. He loved working on anything mechanical. He enjoyed fishing and anything outdoors. He loved his family and will be missed dearly.

Joseph is preceded in death by his grandparents Nellie and Herman Strayhorn.

Joseph leaves behind his mother Linda Baker; children Kyley Montgomery, Amber Montgomery, Joseph “Jr” Montgomery, and Brian Montgomery; soon to be born granddaughter Sinclaire Walker; siblings Leah Montgomery and husband David Estes of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Bryan Montgomery of Pinehurst, North Carolina, Timothy Montgomery of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Greg Montgomery of Caryville, Tennessee; niece Makayla Estes; nephews Lance Montgomery, Zackary Estes, and Matthew Estes; his loyal dog Kenyan; and many other family members and friends.

Joseph, you will always be loved and never forgotten.

    Joseph was a heart of gold He never held grudges against anyone even when he should of wrote some people off, I thank you from the bottom of my heart Joseph for always being around to help my family when we needed it the most. You didn’t deserve the life you had to walk in and sure as hell didn’t deserve what happened to you. Your old buddy misses you more than I think he would. He thinks about you all day and night too. Thank you for being his best bud

    I just wanted to say thank you Joseph for standing beside me in my hardest times on my life,I wish I would of told you more that I loved you and thought a lot of you.God bless you and thank you for all that you done for my family.the pain I’m feeling is undescribably. I love you,Joseph
