Joshua Morgan Sullivan (Pop’s) age 47

Joshua Morgan Sullivan (Pop’s) age 47, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away on April 28, 2023. He was born to Mildred Bailey and Joseph (Carolyn) Sullivan of California.

Josh was preceded in death by his mother, father, a sister Pam Sullivan, and two brothers; Kipp James Brown and William Lehew Foster.

Josh is survived by three children; Brittany Sullivan, Jonathan (Heather) Sullivan, Shelby (Dillon) Sullivan all of Carlisle, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Beckett Mills, Brayden Winkle, and Wyatt Walker and the mother of his children Stephanie King, siblings; Jimmy Lee Sullivan, Johnny Sullivan, Brandy Sullivan, and David Sullivan. Also left to cherish his memory is a host of extended family and friends.

Making people laugh was one of the things he lived for. He enjoyed hearing his grandsons call him “Pops” while climbing all over him.  Josh was eager to help with his mechanical skills and would often be seen covered in oil from head to toe. He leaves behind tools that will help make the world a better place. Tools of laughter and helping those in need.

The family would like to thank Lonnie and Carol Chabino and Calvin and Janet King.

A family hosted time of visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Grace Chapel 611 Smyrna Road in Lonoke, Arkansas, 72086.

Uncle Josh. Some of my favorite memories as a child are with you. No matter what was happening you always had a way to put a smile on everyone’s face. I wish as I grew older I had gotten to experience more laughter with you. I love you so much. Give my sissy a big hug for me. 💗

Rest in piece now you are home with your father. At least he is no longer suffering. Me and Josh used to go fishing all of the time when you seen me you usually seen Josh. He would always be willing to help anyone and loved his kids Brittany and Jonathan and Steph. He was a good man and loved all his family and friends I believe until his last breath. Again RIP Josh we will see each other again some day.

Sincere condolences to your family. I am so very sorry for your loss. May God provide the necessary peace and comfort to your family and friends during this difficult time. Please remember these words of encouragement from the Bible: “ Jesus plainly told her: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” —John 11:20-25.
