Leo Belcher, age 33 of Jacksonville passed away at UAMS in Little Rock, April 5, 2023. He was born August 12, 1989 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Leo is preceded in death by his father Leo Pearlie Belcher, and a brother Thomas Michael Owens.
Leo was a loving son, father brother and friend. He is survived by his mother, Willette Owens, two children; Khaleia Belcher and Klhai Belcher, sisters and brothers; Pamela Belcher, Kathy Owens, Jamie Owens, Sam Belcher, Carlos Belcher and Oscar Belcher. He is also survived by Natasha Bealer, Breana Bennett, Keshun Ford and Devin Bealer as well as many other friends and extended family members. He will be missed and always loved by all that knew him.
