Shirley Diana (Deede) King was born in Berta Arkansas on January 29, 1946 and left this world after a long illness on May 23, 2023.
She is preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
Deede worked in the healthcare industry, retiring after 30 years of employment with the Baptist Health Care System. Deede loved to travel and especially loved the ocean. She was an avid animal lover, especially cats. She adopted many over the years.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

So sorry for your loss
When Deedee came into our family’s life over 40 years ago- she became a part of all of us. She was a genuine, loving and caring soul. We had many good times and Family gatherings together.
I miss her.
