I will so miss his little odd comments, his laugh and his smile! Strongest person I’ve ever known. He was like a brother to me in so many ways. Always had a helping hand or ear for listening.

He was always a kind and caring person never to do harm in anyway. Never saw him angry.
He was outgoing and adventurous, to a point.
He would stand back and be our support when the rest of us pushed the limits.
He had many friends and family that trusted him to be there when it mattered most. He did not fail.

My cousin Gary wore three different hats for me. Number one he was my brother in christ Number two he was my friend and Number three he was my friend. I will definitely miss him. What a testimony of his love for Jesus christ. He never complained about why God allowed this sickness. He was a wonderful example of a Christian, and a father, and a husband, and grandfather and a cousin.
Gary inspired me so much. He hardly ever missed Church. He attended when you could tell that he felt awful. When I was having bad day, I would think him and Dawn and my problems were not bad. I will miss his smile.
Dawn, Rachel and Noah, Ronnie and I learned to respect Gary in the short time we knew him for his faithfulness to the Lord’s church, and wish he could have stayed longer, but he is so much better off than we could begin to imagine. I look forward to seeing him again where he will be free of illness and pain.
Gary was a great christian man and loving husband to Dawn , Gary will be missed by all who knew him and all of us at Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church.
Miss you
