Joshua Jimmy Wilson, age 39, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on June 15, 2023. He was born on November 10, 1983 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Josh enjoyed riding bikes, painting, playing Magic: The Gathering, and playing video games. He loved his daughters and spending time with his family.
Josh is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Hayes Wilson; his maternal grandmother Katherine Burnett; and his uncle Todd Burnett.
Josh leaves behind his father Dale Wilson (Lorena Roberts); mother Tanya Burnett Wilson; wife Natrule “Murl” Wilson; children Freedom and Happy Wilson; brother Dale Wilson II (Ashlee); sister Nicole Harper (Courtney); niece Camryn Harper; and grandmother Hattie Wilson. He is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023 from 6-8 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

I’ve know Josh over half my life. We pretty much grew up together. I’ve know his family for a long time, so my thoughts are prayers are with them in this time! But growing up him and I shared so many games of 1 on 1 in my yard. None of which he ever won lol, but that’s where we became friends and eventually we became sister and brother in law. I am truly heartbroken by the loss of my brother in law and my friend. He will always be in my heart and be apart of my childhood memories! I love you Joshua and I will keep your baby girls and my nieces as close to me as I possibly can! Let your spirit live in love and peace!

I did not know Josh but I know Murl & their precious girls. My heart is sad to learn so late of his passing. I know grief remains far beyond a loss so I will be hugging all touched by this tragic loss in my prayers.
