Rebekkah Kay Young, 76, of Conway passed away on June 29, 2023, in Conway, Arkansas. She was born on January 26, 1947, to DW Howie and Vivian DeLong-Howie.
She enjoyed working, dressing nicely, and spending time with her family. She was a loving friend to many and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Misti Garrison.
Rebekkah leaves behind her husband Bill Young; her daughter Seantele Foreman; her grandchildren Spencer Foreman, Shane Foreman, and Will Garrison; her sister Dixie Morgan and brother Fred “Butch” Howie; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Praying for Peace and Comfort for her family as she will be missed greatly by many
I’m saddened to learn of Becky’s passing. We worked for a short time together at Renewal Ranch. She was a lovely person, conscientious and lots of fun. I’m sending my condolences to her husband and family.
I got to know Becki last year through some conversations at her office where she worked. She was so kind and an enjoyable person. I pray for her family to have peace through the days ahead.
