Reta Ann Fagan, age 67, of Hot Springs, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2023. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 12, 1956 to the late Merle E. Dean and Minnie V. Mitchell.
Reta was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a very funny personality and was a people person. She loved dogs, but above all she loved her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Reta will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Reta is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Michael Dean; and her daughter Michelle Green.
She leaves behind her son Stephen B. Fagan; grandchildren Kayla Noble, Allie Smith, Mariah Green, and Jaide Lee; great-grandchildren Madison Noble, Mallory Noble, Karsyn Ray, Ryan Smith, and P.K. Wells; sisters Pam Everett and Vickey Matthews; and many more friends and extended family.

I am sure going to miss you. You’re always there ever since I was little and I miss talking to you and texting you every day. 😘 I love you Reta Ann I miss you so much.
I sure miss the phone calls and calming you down when you and Michelle was fussing . Lol I have really enjoyed knowing you the last last 20 or so years . I can remember making you cheese cakes to take home when I worked at Exxon with your daughter . I’m praying you are at rest and healed now . There will be no more pain or heart aches . Kiss Michelle for me . See you there one day .
