Ricky Don Descoteau, age 63, of Searcy, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on May 31, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 24, 1959 to Jimmy Descoteau and Gwen Descoteau.
Ricky is preceded in death by his father Jimmy Descoteau; paternal grandparents Rose and Mozart Descoteau; maternal grandparents Alvis and Leta Gibby; and uncles Marvin and Ray Gibby and Raymond and Frank Descoteau.
He leaves behind his children Brandon Lee Descoteau (Elizabeth) and Bryanna Descoteau Bran (Hugo); grandchildren Gavin Lee Descoteau, Jameson Leonel Bran, Charlee Grace Bran, and Maverick Wilder Descoteau; sisters Kim Descoteau Holliday and Angela Descoteau Shaw; first wife of 25 years Denise Descoteau Waller; his aunt Bren Simon; cousin Tammy Descoteau; and other nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved.
A memorial service will be held in Ricky’s honor on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 2:00pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church; 301 S Pine Street, Cabot, AR 72023.
