Mr. Rick was one of a kind. You could never take him serious in any situation. I met him when he came to my work to allow us to treat Bear. We had a lot of daycare visits with bear which we all loved. Mr. Rick filled our hearts with laughter and love. He will truly be missed. Praying for all family and friends

Rick was a real fighter right up the the end. It is with sadness that those who loved him had to say “Goodbye “ so early in his life. Rest in Peace dear friend. Your suffering physically is over and you now are with Jesus and have a whole body once again.

Rick fought a hard battle until the end! He had many friends that loved him, including myself! He had a friendly, talkative personality, he never met a stranger and one of his greatest passions was wanting to help anybody that he could!! Rick had a big heart ♥️ and will definitely be missed by so many friends and family that loved him!! RIP Rick, no more pain and suffering for you, and we will see you again someday!!

Even Through hard times, I still knew you would always make it till there was no more sights to see or share. Our lives are just energy, it’s never destroyed. There are better sights now! Love you, Rick. May you rest in peace!

I’ve known Rick for several years. I had the pleasure of taking care of his insurance when he lived in Magnolia. There was never a dull moment when Rick came in the office or I would see him around town. He was a character.. always playing pranks or joking . He truly had “the gift of gab”. He never met a stranger. He will be missed.
    Rest in peace Rick!

I first met Rick in 1988 when we were Air Force Recruiters in the 3548th Recruiting Squadron. He was stationed in Starkville and I was in Columbus, MS. I was a rookie and he was a seasoned veteran and expert in the trade. His trademark was the one liner followed by a good story or more! He was a great mentor and friend. His visits to my office were always so enjoyable and informative. He believed in God and country and I am proud to have known him. We lost touch over the years and out of the blue, we reconnected. His life was cut short, but I am so thankful for our time together. Rest in peace my friend. You will never be forgotten.
