Debora L. Zajac, age 65

Debora L. Zajac, age 65, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. She was born in Los Angeles, California on February 17, 1958 to the late John Smith and Eloise Bly.

In addition to her parents, Debora is preceded in death by her daughters Jackie Matthews and Jesse Matthews.

She leaves behind her grandchildren Bobbie Barnes, Evan Barnes, Alyssa Earnest, and Breanna Matthews; great grandchildren Katlynn Barnes, Alyce Phillips, Michael Phillips, Jackson Slack, and Xander Barnes; siblings Brenda Woodworth, Tammy Smith, Johnny Smith, and Donna Smith; other family members Mackenzie Crafton, Brittni and Briana Mason, and Precious Jenkins; and many more friends and extended family.

She was a bold and fierce spirit that guided others with her strength and wisdom. Even when the road got rocky, she nurtured and loved her family with the all she had to offer.

A celebration of life will be held in Debora’s honor on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 2:00pm in the chapel of A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
