Martha Jo Conrade, age 89, of North Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. She was born in Scott, Arkansas on May 22, 1934 to the late Bertham Dee Henson and Artie M. Patrick Henson.
Martha loved her family and was always very protective over them. She enjoyed spending the holidays with her friends and family, especially Thanksgiving. Martha was proud of her faith and was a member of the Bayou Meto Baptist Church for many years.
Martha is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 70 years Ray Conrade; daughter Lori Ann Conrade; two brothers; and three sisters.
She leaves behind her son Mike Conrade (Kathy) of Jacksonville; two granddaughters Tari Patterson (Todd) of Howell, Michigan and Mandy Snell (Lee) of Carlisle; four great-grandchildren Timothy, Tilar, Blake, and Isabella; as well as many friends and extended family.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 10:00am with a funeral service starting at 11:00am at Bayou Meto Baptist Church; 26200 AR-107, Jacksonville, AR 72076. Burial to follow at Mayflower Cemetery in Mayflower, Arkansas.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mike and his entire family in your loss. Mrs. Conrade was a strong and very special lady. She and Mr. Conrade were the best neighbors a person could ever want. I’m happy for her that now she is reunited to Mr. Conrade and at long last, Lorie Ann. RIP Mrs. Conrade. Hopefully we’ll all meet again some day.
