Brenda Jean Horn, age 74, of Cabot, AR went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, with the love of her life, Gary Horn by her side. She was born on April 6, 1949, in Little Rock, AR to the late Hubert Wayne Skillern and Imogene Skillern.
She enjoyed spending time with Gary and her family. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Jean Skillern and brother Donald Wayne Skillern. She is survived by her husband Gary Horn; son Lonnie Horn and his wife Cami along with their children Katherine Fleming, Alex Elliott, and Tanner Elliott; son Brad Horn and his wife Rachel along with their children Georgia Davis and Ryan Horn; along with 11 great grandchildren; her sister-in-law Laurie Skillerrn; as well as a host of nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 Am on Saturday August 12, 2023, at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas. A Graveside Service to Honor Brenda will follow at 4:00 pm at Old Austin Cemetery; 17 Shady Grove Lane, Austin, AR 72176.
The family would like to thank Greystone Nursing and Rehab for the care they provided Brenda over the course of the last months of her life.
