Charles Thomas “Popa Tom” Tolliver Jr, age 88, of Mayflower, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2023. He was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on March 15, 1935 to the late Charles Thomas Tolliver Sr and Hazel Marie Lacy.
Popa Tom was a people person. He was very close with his family and friends. He had the kindest heart and loved all animals. Tom was an avid outdoorsman and farmer and always enjoyed the fresh air and raising cattle.
In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by his brother Jerry Don Tolliver; son Nick Tolliver (Loretta); first wife Polly Tolliver; and his second wife Linda Sue Tolliver.
He leaves behind his sons Mark Tolliver (Sheryl), David Lacy, and John Lacy; grandchildren Steven Tolliver, Rachael Kenyon, Nicholas Tolliver, Thomas Tolliver, Andrew Tolliver, Laken Dycus, Morgan Gray, Wesley Lowrey, and Bethany Lacy; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers Jimmy Tolliver and Johnny Tolliver; and many more friends and extended family.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 9:30am with a funeral service starting at 10:30am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service. Burial to follow at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas at 12:00pm.

Tommy, til is Shug! I can hear u say I no that Shug. U hav been a Jewel to our Family & U & Linda claim us & we did so n return. Tommy , Polly, Johnny and me used to have so much fun water skiing on the weekend at the lake in Conway. From the early morning till the sun was going down. Seemed like every weekend. Soo many memories. Loved Tommy, he was the big brother and Johnny loved him and looked up,to him. He will be missed. I loved him like he was my brother.
Uncle Tom was a great man! He loved big and was never selfish with his time!! We will be missed!
I have so many great memories of Tom. We skied together, he would,fly me in the plane, our boys were always together, they loved Uncle Tom. Oh my soo many years have passed, but our love for Tom was always the same . He will be missed.
Mr. Tommy will truly be missed. He was a great man.
