Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved Gavyn. Gavyn Nathanael Jaymes Schutz passed away on July 10, 2023, while visiting family in Arkansas. Gavyn was born on October 5, 2006, to parents Wayne Schutz Jr and Kimberley Hintzsche, in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Gavyn loved playing basketball, fishing, and watching the New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bulls.

Gavyn was always able to make friends quickly and he knew no strangers. He was always willing to lend a helping hand for anyone who needed it. He always had time to spend with his friend Guicho, either in person or Snap Chat.

Gavyn was preceded in death by maternal grandpa Frank Hintzsche, paternal grandparents Kathie Jean and Wayne Schutz Sr.  He is survived by his parents Wayne Schutz Jr and Kimberley Hintzsche, sisters Airael and Alyna Schutz and half siblings Wayne III and Victoria, along with a host of family and friends including the Hintzsche, Schutz, Kindermann and Thompson families.

A Celebration of Life will be held at White Pines State Park on Sunday August 13, 2023 at 1 PM. The family encourages all who knew Gavyn to attend to share memories and celebrate his life.
