Patsy Lois Parnell (Parker) was planted on this Earth to bloom in Heaven on August 26, 2023.

Patsy was a loving Mother, Meme, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with those she cherished. She also loved working with her flowers.

She was born on May 31, 1947 in Lonoke, Arkansas to Roy Parker and Lois Parker (Spears).

Patsy was preceded in death by her father, Roy Parker, mother, Lois Parker (Spears), brother, Leo Parker and two sisters” Brenda Christopher and Sissie Duvall.

She is survived by daughter, Christy (Ron) Blythe, son, Jimmy Dale Parnell Jr, grandchildren: Josh (Amanda) Parnell, Brandon (Miranda) Parnell and Dalton Blythe; great-grandchildren: Alexis Parnell, Allie Parnell, Trevor Parnell, Wyatt Parnell, Adeline Parnell and Roman Parnell; three brothers: David Parker, Robert Parker and Danny Parker.

A family hosted memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Hays Chapel in Hartman, Arkansas.

    She always went out of her way to do for others she was one of the biggest hearted women I’ve ever knew. She’ll always be watching over us she loved us all unconditionally especially her grandkids.

    Patsy will be missed. She was a lovely friend and came to my aid many times over the years, especially when I was getting ready to move. I enjoyed seeing her each time I went back to Russellville. I loved her.
