Donald Ray Ward, 75, of North Little Rock passed away at John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Little Rock, AR on Sunday, September 10, 2023. He was born on July 12, 1948, to Herbert and Lottie Ward of Little Rock, AR.
He was preceded in death by this father Herbert Ray Ward of North Little Rock, AR and his mother Lottie Elizabeth Gentry Ward of Little Rock, AR. And his beloved grandparents Leroy Gentry and Vela Burroughs Gentry of Little Rock, AR
Don served in the United States Air Force from 1967-1973. He was stationed in Germany and worked as an administrative assistant. He was retired from The Bridgeway and worked as a patient tech.
He is survived by his daughter Angela Ward Dykes (J.D.) of Atlanta, GA. Daughter Ashlee Ward Rushing (Colby) grandchildren Karson, Kadin, Korbin, Kinslee all of Poyen, AR.
Also survived by his brothers John Ward (Janet) of North Little Rock, AR and James Ward (Margaret) of Little Rock, AR. His cousins, nieces and nephews.
Don lived his life as he pleased. He loved his kids, grand kids and especially his brother John who cared lovingly for him in these last months of his life.
At Don’s request there will be no service.
