Jose Jaime Ortega, 60, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on September 8, 2023. He was born in Jucuaran, Usulutan, El Salvador on June 7, 1963.
Jose enjoyed fishing and gardening in his off time. He worked for many years as a brick layer and really enjoyed building things. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by parents Armando Ortega and Maria Lucila Ortega
He is survived by his sons Alexis Ortega and Jimmie Ortega; his grandson Anthony S. Martinez; his siblings Luis A. Ortega, Blanca E. Ortega, Rafael W. Ortega, Consepcion Ortega, Raquel Ortega, and Jose T. Ortega; his Life partner Rosa O. Quinteros; and many friends and extended family.
Jose’s Visitation will be Friday September 15,2023 at 1:00pm with a service to follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of A Natural State Funeral Service.
