Josie Michelle Payne Freeman, age 35

Josie Michelle Payne Freeman passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 35. She was born on May 14, 1988, in El Dorado, Arkansas to the late Joe Payne and Teresa Owens.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Austin Lowery Owens; one daughter Cheris Samules; two aunts Debra Owens Reddin, and Connie Owens Myers; one Uncle Jimmy Owens.

Those left to cherish her memory include: one daughter Alexa Samules of El Dorado; two sons Domanick Evans of El Dorado, and Donovan Evans of El Dorado; two sisters Nicole Cameron of El Dorado, and Brandi Tubbs of Oklahoma; one brother Kemper Payne of El Dorado; one aunt Janie Owens of El Dorado; as well as a host of extended family and friends. Memorial services will be announced by the family at a later date.
