Billy Dean Baxter, age 80, of Judsonia passed away Monday, November 20, 2023, in Stuttgart, Arkansas. He was born in Brown Grove, Arkansas on February 5, 1943, to the late J.W. and Elwanda Baxter.
Billy proudly served in the United States Navy. He loved to challenge others at bowling, darts, and pool. He was an accomplished race car driver and enthusiast.
In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his brothers Willie Earl Baxter and Darrel “Frog” Gene Baxter.
Billy leaves behind his sons Ron Baxter (Vanessa) and Jeff Baxter; grandson Jason Levi Baxter; sisters Bettie Hopper and Trudy Pollard (Jeff); along with many more friends and extended family.
A graveside visitation will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 1:00pm with a funeral service starting at 2:00pm at Walters Chapel Cemetery in Carlisle, Arkansas.
