Donald Nelson Taylor, age 66

Donald Nelson Taylor, 66 years old, of Eldorado, Ar, died peacefully at his home, after a long illness, Nov 16 2023.

Don was born in in Eldorado, Ar. May 19 1957 to Malcum Nelson Taylor and Mary Virginia Wood Taylor, He spent his youth growing up in the Taylortown area of Union parish, La. Spending time around his family, grandparents, and many cousins, learning to farm and ranch at an early age.

Don attended Spearsville High School and later apprenticed through Electrical local union 436 becoming a Journeyman electrician and later a Master.

Don was preceded in death by his father Malcum Nelson Taylor, Paternal Grandparents Robert Nelson Taylor and Eva Ryland Taylor, and step grandmother Celie Johnson Taylor, Maternal grandparents, David Mack Jeter and Deana Givens Jeter, a nephew Matthew Nelson Taylor.

Don is survived by His Mother, Mary Virginia Wood Taylor, a brother Timothy Ray Taylor, a Niece Karen Marr, Special cousin Jan Norris Peppers, Aunt Melba Taylor Goodwin.
