Mary Sue Ivy McDaniel Gilbert, age 75

Mary Sue Ivy McDaniel Gilbert, 75, passed on from this life November 17, 2023 in her home in Bald Knob, Arkansas. She was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas on July 19, 1948 to the late Robert and Lorine Ivy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Richard; her daughter, Mary Angela; her brothers Billy, Jessie, Jr, Les, Burley Ray, Wayne, Jerry Ivy; and her sisters Nida Pickrell and JoAnn Ripley.

Mary was a loving mother, sister, friend, and granny to everyone she met. She enjoyed cooking, baking, dancing, playing cards and finding a good yard sale. Her biggest joy was taking care of and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sisters Linda Nipps and Nellie Pratt; her children Lynn Billings, Jack (Kathleen) Sapp, and John (Judy) Sapp; her best friend Jack Sapp; her grandchildren Autumn (Elizabeth), Cianna (Logan), Jeff (Danielle), JC (Baily), Brittany (Jacob), Samantha (Zack), Sara and Tara, Will, Gabby, Travis, Timmothy; her great grands Christian, Carleigh, Willow, and Emme; and so many more she loved dearly.
